Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted once the file has been downloaded.

1. Grant of License
The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work for personal purposes only.
Permitted Uses:
Print the artwork for personal display in your home, office, or other private spaces.
Use the artwork as a digital wallpaper for your personal devices (e.g., phone, tablet, computer).
Share the artwork on personal, non-commercial social media accounts with proper attribution (e.g., “Artwork by Toks Agosu/Northwind Illustrations”).
Create one physical gift (e.g., a framed print) for a friend or family member.
2. Restrictions
The Work cannot be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or redistributing the Work in any form.
The Work may not be uploaded to publicly accessible platforms or used in any way that allows others to download or use it.
The Work must remain unaltered. You may not modify, edit, crop, or otherwise create derivative works based on the original artwork.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Work remain the sole property of the Licensor. This License does not transfer ownership.
4. Optional Upgrades
If you wish to use the Work for commercial purposes, including resale, advertising, or branding, please contact Northwind Illustrations.art to inquire about an Extended Commercial License.
5. Termination
This License is valid indefinitely unless terminated by the Licensor due to a breach of its terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Work and destroy all copies in their possession.
6. Liability
The Licensor is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the Work.
