Reading the Work — A Simple Study
A way of seeing what your work is doing, before trying to explain it.
I’ve been exploring a simple way of looking at a body of work.
Not starting from meaning, story, or emotion but from what is visible across the work itself.
How it moves.
How it holds or fills space.
What begins to repeat across pieces.
From there, something becomes clearer.
Not just what the work is but what connects it.
I’m opening this to a small number of artists.
If you have a body of work (8–10 pieces), you’re welcome to submit it.
I’ll send back a short, structured report that helps you:
see what’s consistent across your work
describe it more clearly
understand where it naturally fits
This is currently free while I refine the framework.

A quiet note :
This won’t tell you what your work means.
It will help you see what is already there — more clearly.
